For the most part pretty good. He only occasionally go there and the evening because they'll start putting furniture up early and be kind of rude about it pounding around the stuff right next to us first to try to make us uncomfortable and leave. I would rather them just politely ask. But they are usually just kids.

Was handed my blizzard but then was told 5 mins later to pull forward to wait on hot food. Was brought out about 4-5 mins later and a burger was missing from our bag. I called the store (because I had a 1 year old in the car & I was still sitting where they had me pull up too) and told them I was missing a burger. I then waited another 5 minutes for said burger. I ordered onion rings instead of fries and was given literally 4 onion rings... pathetic. Oh and to top it all off, my blizzard was completely melted before I got home....I only live 3 mins away.

I understand your ice cream should be served cold but not your cheeseburgers and fries as soon as I pull out of the driveway and stick my hand in the bag everything is so lukewarm cheese not even melted on the burger , if even that after sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes I don't feel like I should have to deal with you all another 10 minutes to bring it back in this has happened several times please bring back hot fresh food or we'll just keep going to Burger King

Dq sucks filled out application and even had open availability called back each day after they done my application only for them to tell me I wasn't a good fit for the job but yet I live within a 300 walking distance and it would have only took me 2 mins to drive plz explain not only that my girlfriend had a bad experience here who in the right mind ask if they wanna lid on there Banana split the night shift is bad I've never been on morning shift but they claim they want help but when help comes they don't take it

We went again to the DQ drive through for a milkshake. We got the cup and we drove on. To our surprise, the cup leaked on the pants and the blouse. The examination of the cup showed a tear in the cup's wall.We went inside the DQ and showed the cup to an employee, but we got no apology for the trouble. Just another cup placed on top of the bad one, and nothing else at all.We consider such a behavior very rude and inconsiderate to a customer. We have expected at least a serious apology for the damage, and even a refund, but the employee acted like it was our fault that the cup was damaged and leaked on our clothes.
