Service is always prompt and utterly respectful. I have never not had an issue resolved if I brought it to their attention. Usually by replacing the incorrect item with the correct thing. Sometimes with a credit to the account.
The food rarely presents an issue. Only ever once in a great while.
Love how friendly and fast this location is.
Best Chick-fil-A around. I wish we had one in Gibson County, IN, but until we do, this is the one I go to when I want great hot chicken sandwiches and great service.
