“Went to the Owensboro, KY location on 8-13-26 and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Had the classic chicken salad BLT on toasted white bread and a side of Mac and cheese. Will surely eat here again. And for once, I left a fast food place feeling satisfied.“

“Yesterday, I had an incredible experience at Chick-fil-A that reminded me of the amazing staff they have. My car unexpectedly broke down while blocking two lanes of traffic, and I was completely overwhelmed. The manager, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, immediately stepped in to help. He directed traffic to ensure everyone’s safety and even checked his own vehicle for jumper cables. He also assisted in pushing my car out of traffic’s way and made sure I was okay throughout the entire situation.

To top it off, because everything took so long, my meal had gotten cold. The manager kindly remade it without me even having to ask twice. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a very stressful situation into something manageable.

Customer service like this is rare, and this manager truly deserves recognition. Thank you to him and the entire Chick-fil-A team for their compassion and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“One thing I love most about this KFC location is the friendliness of the service and the speed of giving me my order. I tend to order the 5 piece tender box and I must say that the chicken itself is always a treat to be had, with it's right amount of crunch and juicy tender chicken meat it always brings a smile to my face, the biscuit that comes with it is always perfect with its fluffy texture and it's never been dry unlike other places! As for the mashed potatoes, they sure do make a nice batch because it always leaves me wishing I ordered more and next I just might because of how good it is! As for my complaints, I only have one, I wish they were closer to my house 😆 but if you're coming in from the highway this KFC definitely is a stop worth making on your trip if you're craving some chicken or if you live in the Owensboro area, this is honestly the better KFC around!“
