I like Rally's...hate... No, let me rephrase that, I absolutely hate the automated drive-thru service they have. It's very annoying and something tells me they probably have lost customers because of it. I really hope eventually they will take that out but it don't think they will happen. The food is awesome though, no doubt about that..
The food was absolutely delicious. Fresh burger, hot crispy fries and a fountain drink that was not flat or over carbonated. The service was outstanding. Friendly with eye contact and handed my meal to me without making me feel like I was being rushed off or a problem to serve. Everything looked very clean and smelled inviting.

My first time going to Rally's. I flew into Evansville at 11 pm and then traveled to Owensboro. I stopped at Rally's around midnight since I hadn't eaten since noon that day. I didn't eat until I got checked into the hotel. I, incorrectly, assumed there was a microwave in my room. My burger was luke warm, and my fries were long cold. Even still, it hit the spot. I figure if it was that good cold, it must be even better fresh and hot.
