I manage this restaurant. I am sorry I do not have access to respond to people here in the normal fashion. @Arialla Knight I remember that sign it was taken down by me when I started this location 2YEARS ago! Anywhere you go utilizes F.I.F.O. method. They also have their builds ie. The amount that is put on a product. Don't like it want more? Jim was fantastic! He was super friendly and double checked to make sure that everything was right. Definitely will be returning to this location as it was super friendly and didn't feel overwhelming to walk into.
