“Went to the Owensboro, KY location on 8-13-26 and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Had the classic chicken salad BLT on toasted white bread and a side of Mac and cheese. Will surely eat here again. And for once, I left a fast food place feeling satisfied.“

“I stopped at this Subway 1/11/2026 just before 10pm. The gentleman who helped me was named Corey. He was working by himself, yet the store was clean and spotless. He had excellent customer service, and made my sandwich better than any other Subway I've visited in a long time. This was hands down, the BEST Subway experience I have had in YEARS.“

“The food was good, everything came out hot and fresh, fries weren't overly salted. The employees were nice, pretty much what you expect from a fast food restaurant. It could use a good deep clean though, I was the only customer inside, they weren't busy by any means and there were several tables that hadn't been cleaned since whenever the previous customer was there. Everything felt like it had a layer of grime and was only quickly cleaned at the end of a shift. I would not suggest eating inside.“

“I got a BLT for a lunch break. I drove off, parked and I realized I didnt say anything about crispy bacon. So, I couldnt taste it. I know im odd. It took me everything to go back and I just ended up ordering another. Im not sure what the girls name is but she realized, refunded, and corrected what I was unhappy with. Not only that but she went over to make this an amazing blt! Its sooo good. I knew from looking at it, it was the blt I fell in love with when I found out lics made them, and what I was craving. “I have been to this location a handful of times. I had the pleasure of visiting this store yesterday (11/5/25) afternoon and had a pleasant experience. I'm forgot her name - Lori? Terri?, either way, she was friendly, worked quickly, and made me feel welcome. She even let me know about the upcoming menu changes featuring the (Thanksgiving) seasonal sandwhich options. “Food is good. Prices are a little higher medium fry is $5. 12 inch sub is $12. Fresh made to order fries. The wood chairs and tables are sticky at this location, might have to do with the cleaner breaking down the finish on the tables and chairs. Floor is sticky too. Bathrooms are clean and nice.“

I am sorry I do not have access to respond to people here in the normal fashion. @Arialla Knight I remember that sign it was taken down by me when I started this location 2YEARS ago! Anywhere you go utilizes F.I.F.O. method. They also have their builds ie. The amount that is put on a product. Don't like it want more? Say so. @Richmond Postals during severe storm warnings for the safety of employees it is policy for the doors to be locked until the all clear is given. Yes after I saw your review I made sure my store was not being closed early without cause.“

“Great experience! We went here because we were on this side of town for an event. Team was friendly, store was very clean, and the food was fantastic. The store did not take coupons but after they explained why (and seeing the huge discount on the coupon, which backed up the explanation) it was very understandable. We would hate to see a good store like this close over some coupons. We all know the cost of food etc has gone up for all of us…including restaurants. But when you get good service and great food it is worth it!!!“
