I order from this location for delivery to my home or work almost weekly if not more than once weekly and they are always correct on my orders, always arrives fast and fresh and all of the delivery drivers (which all have delivered to me at one point or another) have always been pleasant, upbeat, smiling, happy and so forth. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced from any store, not just delivery/food experiences.“

“I would have given them a full five stars, however, the wait times are fairly atrocious. We always visit with our grandson who is two and pretty much requires sit down. Get the food quickly and start eating. You get chips and your drinks and queso if need be fairly quickly, however, the entrees do take a while to come out of the kitchen. It's not bad compared to most places that you go to eat. But we got really used to and extremely fast Mexican restaurant.“

“I’ve been coming to this Subway/On The Fly for a few years now, and I've noticed the turnaround here recently has been incredible. Since the new manager took over in April, he has completely elevated the experience. It’s cleaner, the staff is on point, and the subs are way better! You can just tell this location compared to the other 2 in Jasper is ran by someone who cares about their store and the ultimate customer experience. He and his crew members are absolutely crushing it!“
