The food was delicious and the staff was super nice. The most minor inconvenience happened over a mix-up in sandwiches and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I would have been happy to eat the incorrect sandwich, but they were so kind in fixing things.
I always love coming to McAlisters, but my sandwich was a little smashed and very soggy! Not ideal for eating, but I did eat most of it because I DO NOT like to complain! 😂 Potato salad was delicious as always. I got a strawberry lemonade that was to die for!
Great food and service was excellent.

McAlister's Deli is a great spot for fresh sandwiches, soups, and a variety of vegetarian options. It is a convenient location for travelers and an excellent alternative to traditional fast food. The service is fast and friendly, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, even rectifying mix-ups with orders. The deli offers power outlets at booths for smartphone charging and plays select sports events on low-volume screens. While some customers have experienced issues with burnt and hard-to-cut potatoes, the freshly prepared sandwiches, delicious soups, and stuffed baked potatoes are highlights. There are many options for those with dietary restrictions, such as allergen-free, low-fat, and low-sodium meals. However, some reviews mention a need for fresher ingredients, like the lettuce in salads. Overall, McAlister's Deli provides tasty food and a welcoming atmosphere.
