“I grew up in Southern California, lived in Philly from 1998 to 2013. ive had alot of Mexican food in the southwest and in Mexico - but this place is unique and my favorite I loved taqueria la Veracruzana, I miss the Mocaljete, and especially their cheese enchiladas which had this delicious spicy red sauce and what I think was a homemade queso fresco inside - everything at that place is good“
“You may find Mi Ranchito a little off the beaten path, but it is worth the trip down Carter Road. There is ample parking on both sides of the building. They have a large L-shaped dining room that doesn't feel crowded even with a large party. The menu is quite extensive, so you may want to take a few minutes to look it over. My personal favorite is the chicken fajitas. I don't know what they season them with, but they are perfect!!! If you like it spicy like I do, ask for hot sauce....it's a treat, a little smoky with some good heat!!!! We have always had great, fast service. Oh... did I mention warm chips???“
“They quickly and fantastically accommodated my very large family with no prior notice or reservation. They were friendly, fast, and had great humor. The large frozen Margarita is highly recommended, and if I'm ever back this way again, I'll definitely be ordering Armando's pizza. Delicious.“

“The food was excellent with the exception of the complimentary chips and dip, those were so so. I had a fajita with chicken, beef and shrimp and it was delicious. The service was quick and friendly.Aside from the chips my only complaint would be that the restaurant is a bit dirty. Nothing extreme but 4/5 for that reason.“

“Ernesto has worked diligently to make this the best Mexican restaurant for miles around. The food is excellent and he even cook's to a reasonable request. The building looks WELL maintained as it should... and 99% of Mexican restaurant building establishments do NOT look properly maintained. He is there everytime I visit so I know he is actively involved in making it a GOOD experience. As of this writing I will say, the prices at his establishment can't be beat. Fantastic experience all the way around. Ernesto is a fantastic human... trying to make your experience a good one.“

“Food was awesome. Fresh made guacamole was delicious. Good atmosphere. Asked for margarita on the rocks, got frozen. Had to ask for water 3x before I got it. Ordered beans and had to ask for those. Had to ask for refills, salsa. Didn't feel that our server was attentive or that he listened.“
