“Nice modern decor. Servers were friendly. Catfish was crispy and delicious. Mac n chz was gluey and under seasoned. Noodles cooked well. Strawberry cobbler tasted good, but texture was mushy. Meatloaf was good with a thin layer of the sauce topper. It was really sweet, so a little was perfect. Mashed potatoes with a nice buttery flavor. Green beans had bacon and onions; and were very salty.Wheelchair accessibility: Women's restroom has 2 steps up to get into. Not handicap accessible.“

“Briarpatch is a staple in our family. We went all the time when I was a kid, and we decided to go for my dad's birthday. I always loved being able to walk by the grill and watch the chef's cook, and I did the same this trip. The decoration had been changed, but the changes look wonderful. The food was fantastic, just as I remembered, and our waitress was attentive and quick. I was amazed that the salad bar was as fresh as it was with all the people that were eating the day we went. The strawberry butter was fresh and delicious. Steaks were cooked how we ordered them, and wow, the shrimp were FANTASTIC.“

“Delicious food, fast friendly service and cozy ambiance in the historic district. The staff was great. We had a party of 12 and had great service on a busy Friday night If you arrive between 4-6 they offer early supper specials. We had the prime rib with baked potato and broccoli for $19.99 The serving of prime rib was a generous 8oz portion and we had to get a take out box! The drink and a desert was included in the special. We had three prime rib specials and two apps and our bill was just $70!!!Great place to gather with friends. .“

“Classic Americana kind of spot, since 1954. Can be a hassle to get into the parking lot, but worth it. Love the crispness of the burgers. Similar to an In-N-Out burger. Would rate it 5 stars if they could improve their fries a bit; they are not at the same level as the burgers!“

“Finally got a chance to eat here and it was pretty good. During Owensboro burger week, we had the secret weapon burger and it was good. The chicken tenders and house made ranch is good. Will be returning here.Kid-friendliness: Multiple kid friendly items to choose from“

“I grew up in Southern California, lived in Philly from 1998 to 2013. ive had alot of Mexican food in the southwest and in Mexico - but this place is unique and my favorite I loved taqueria la Veracruzana, I miss the Mocaljete, and especially their cheese enchiladas which had this delicious spicy red sauce and what I think was a homemade queso fresco inside - everything at that place is good“

“My wife and I really enjoyed this place. in terms of American style Mexican food, I thought it was very fresh. It wasn't heavy like some of the other restaurants in Owensboro where it smothered in sauce to the point you dont know what you ordered. . Service was friendly. good drinks and salsa.“

“You may find Mi Ranchito a little off the beaten path, but it is worth the trip down Carter Road. There is ample parking on both sides of the building. They have a large L-shaped dining room that doesn't feel crowded even with a large party. The menu is quite extensive, so you may want to take a few minutes to look it over. My personal favorite is the chicken fajitas. I don't know what they season them with, but they are perfect!!! If you like it spicy like I do, ask for hot sauce....it's a treat, a little smoky with some good heat!!!! We have always had great, fast service. Oh... did I mention warm chips???“

“Thursday night around 7pm my friend and I decided to go out for Italian. When you walk in you see into the kitchen. The room is pretty basic. We requested to sit in the front room. It has beautiful walls and much more ambiance. They were busy in there with a huge family but we sat at the table closest to the bar. The bar has nice lighting and a drink menu. I had the best drink I have ever had! Oops I had 2. WINE DIAMOND, order it and thank me later. The bread qnd oil before dinner are very flavorful. We added Caesar salads to our entrees. Lettuce was fresh as was the dressing n the side. The salmon piccata was delicious and perfectly cooked. The Lemoncello cake so light and perfect for dessert.“

“We received very fast service here. My two year old can get super antsy at places that doesn't offer something immediately up front. His favorite food is rice. Mexican, Asian.. really doesn't matter, just rice. He loved the fried rice here and my girlfriend and I really liked the sushi. Paying half price of the menu is awesome. Win win. Five stars.“

“I’m gonna be 100% honest with this review. This is my favorite restaurant of all time. I love it. I love it so much. I could marry this restaurant but the wife I don’t have would be upset with me. However, every time I’ve come here to partake in the blessings that are the meals that are served here, I experience the happiest and most joyous of satisfactions. I’d eat here every day if I could. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you ever have the opportunity to feast at this fantastical experience of a restaurant called Texas Roadhouse, do not pass it up! I’d give this 100 stars out of 5 if I could. My friend has that DAWG in him btw. That was his input. Stupid, right? Anyway, I love this place. Eat here.“

“Definitely DO NOT recommend this place. Yes, they were busy, but the waitress could barely be bothered to take our order. once we placed our order we waited 50 minutes for chips and cheese, burgers (made from frozen patties), and fries. The burgers were overcooked and had no flavor. They were short staffed with 3-4 people actingas host, Bartender, and servers. The manager, who we spoke to, had been out talking to another table twice for about 10 minutes each time! He couldn't be bothered to help his staff or get food cooked.“

“First let me start by saying the waitress we had did a great job, despite being slammed. The food was good but not great. My hashbrowns were almost inedible in some spots, definitely break a tooth hard. Everything else was cooked to perfection.. the interior of the restaurant definitely needs some fixing, I saw a few booths that had giant rips in them, which wasn't very inviting. I would go back again and give it another try, but thinking I'll order take out next time.“

“I've never had a bad experience with this Shogun's. The food is delicious, hot, fresh and plentiful for the price. Service is great inside and out. If you opt for the show I promise it won't disappoint. The place is clean including the restrooms. I would highly recommend.“

“Came in on a Saturday morning just planning to visit the gift shop and bar since no general tour spots were available online. We were offered a spot on the tour when we arrived. The tour was great. Nate our guide gave a lot of interesting information on the history and how they make their products. Like other reviews mentioned I liked the laid-back feel. There may have been 20 people on our tour and we were the only people there besides the workers. Wasn't like some of the other distilleries where there's hundreds of people and feel like you're being rushed through. They have a great bar with good drinks made with their bourbon and rye. Small gift shop but has plenty of items to choose from. I would definitely come back. Parking is a little confusing. Visitor parking is in the back of the property. Wouldn't have found it if the guard at the entrance didn't tell me how to get there.“
