“This winery is awesome! We go to a lot of wineries throughout Michigan and Indiana, and Turtle Run has the best tasting wines. Jim was amazing at our tasting. He explained the blends of the grapes and all the essentials about each wine we sampled. This was our first visit toTurtle Run, but definitely not our last. Highly recommend it it you haven't been there. Definitely a fun and informative experience!!!“

“The best food! The staff is always so kind. Chef Dickenson is wonderful! The food is definitely worth the cost and drive! This is not your average run of the mill sit restaurant. A lot of thought and flavor goes into their dishes! I’ve never had to ask for extra seasonings because everything is always flavored so well. Always my goto restaurant! 100000/10 recommend this restaurant to anyone in the neighboring areas.“

“Frederick's Cafe was a dandy little diner we found during our recent trip. It had a decent sized menu of mostly breakfast items. I tried their Pork Tenderloin sandwich came with a fried hard egg on the sandwich as well. It was a simple and delicious sandwich as the pork was cooked perfectly as was the egg. The service was fine and the restaurant looked good too. I don't have too awful much more to say about it but our experience was good and I'd go again.“

“Holy guacamole! Ranch Alegre seems to be a small business that is growing. The service is a little slow and could benefit from a manager or some organization to keep tables flowing. None of that matters once the food comes out though because if you are patient this is some of the best Mexican food in Southern Indiana. We tried as much as we could and everything came out fresh, delicious and plentiful. The sopes were definitely fresh, had asada and al pastor, both amazing. Tamales are definitely hand made and large, Verde and roja bot excellent. The queso is buttery and delicious. Salsa is a little bland not too spicy. Street tacos were also amazing and real fresh corn tortillas! Give it a try you won't regret it, just be patient! Also prices and portions are amazing!“
