If you care more about taste and value than appearances, this place hits. On top of that, they’ve got a solid health department score of 96, which adds even more confidence when you’re eating here.“

“First time eating here. The food was hot, fresh and really good. We had cheese sticks, onion straws, bacon cheese burger and the philly cheese steak sandwich. Hot rolls were provided when they brought our drinks. All were really good. There was NO gristle or stringy fat in the chopped meat that made the philly. I was impressed! The service provided by Hailey was excellent, as were other staff who brought out appetizers. Definitely will be back!“

“I went to Penn station in radcliff on 1/04/25. There were two employees working. A woman and man. Both were very kind, but they were having issues with their register. It kept declining people's credit card for some reason. But they did apologize for this happening. I purchased a regular philly steak sandwich and it was really good. No issues. Thanks to you both.“

After receiving an offer to come back I took them up on the offer.
As Always the Food was Absolutely delicious. On point. The kitchen staff is killing it. Those seasoned fries were scrumptious. Our server was Heather. Excellent bartender and server. Heather even asked if we would like drinks to go. But the guy that needs employee of the month/year is Casey. Watched him be the perfect server. Laughed and talked with the guests. Handled a table that had 5 little kids like a boss. I would say that the Applebee's staff at this location did a way better job and we were told more great changes were coming.
Thank you for making me want to come back.

Good food but terrible service.
To start our table was so sticky the menus stuck to the table. It sounded like velcro when we picked them up.
Our waitress, India was absolutely terrible. Waited 15 minutes before she ever asked for our drink order.
Don't order the sweet tea. Tasted like it was brewed with marijuana water. Took 20 minutes for India to even come back to our table even before our food was ordered. I asked for a different drink. Asked for a Sprite, she ok. Comes back with a Stary. Pepsi products. So we order the all you can eat appetizers. First round comes out. Delicious, got and tasty. The second reorder....my husband got 6 tiny shrimp. Neither of us got a full plate. No fries. India said they had to make them. 20 more minutes go by she come back and says..oh I forgot I brought your second reorder would you like to do another. We both said no we would like the fries..she looks stumped and goes oh yeah I forgot about those. Never asked if we wanted a refill on drinks. If the food was good or anything. She just disappeared.
Worst dinning experience at Applebee's ever. I have eaten at several across 3 different states and never have I ever seen such disregard for someone in the service industry. Maybe she lacks training not sure but it was horrible. I can still hear the velcro sound of the menu coming off the table.“
