Even non-bourbon drinkers had something to drink. The test glasses can be kept. The shop offers beautiful things. Perfect mix of entertainment and information and absolutely recommended for the price.“

“We went for our 5th wedding anniversary with a gift certificate, but I can't really say I'd recommend this experience full price. It's $120 a person at dinner time, and even at lunch I still believe it's $80-90. For that price, I really hoped it would be a better experience. The train is understandably cramped, and you also should definitely wear layers because it can be really cold or really warm.The food was okay, but very hit and miss. My main course was wonderful, but my husband's was cold and the sauce was gelatinous from sitting so long. My dessert was burnt (and stuck to the plate) while his was totally fine. For a lower price point? I wouldn't even mind to be honest. It was still pretty good all in all! I was also VERY impressed at their ability to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences! I also appreciated that they ask about special occasions, and they gave us a lovely card!Boarding and getting off the train is a little hectic, so just be prepared for that if you have any special needs or move a bit slow.Overall it was not bad at all, I did really enjoy the experience! But for the price point for the normal dinner excursion, it didn't seem quite worth it if we hadn't had the certificate we had.Dietary restrictions: They are very good about dietary restrictions and allergies!Parking: Plenty of parking available right on site!“

“The tour didn't quite filled my expectations. I was coming from Woodford Reserve and earlier on that day from Buffalo Trace. Our guide was knowledgeable but not as dynamic. The selection on the tasting could have used an upgrade to McKenna or Pikesville and even some Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel or Barrel Proof. I was celebrating my birthday and when we booked there was a survey asking how frequently we bought Heaven Hill products and we responded weekly, which is true. Then the marketing team messaged us looking forward to our visit and my birthday etc. Upon arrival I got a round pink sticker saying birthday boy. I was expecting a bit more after the previous message. Gift shop was nice. Disappointing the museum closed earlier than the last tour.I'll continue to drink their stuff but not repeating the distillery on my next visit.“

“We went to here for a friend's birthday 40th celebration. We made a charcuterie board to take and all did a tasting. The wines (mostly semi and sweet) were good and the service exceptional! Trish was awesome and gave us a dinner recommendation! They have outdoor tables and pretty surroundings.“

“So I’ve been to many restaurants in the area and this was by FAR the BEST experience I’ve had! Not only was the food absolutely amazing but the staff was welcoming and full of positivity. I went with my waitresses recommendation and got the chicken salad melt and mind blowing flavor. And a special shoutout to the three ladies working their tails off in the bar! “I love going to this Cracker Barrel especially when I am too tired after Medical School to cook. I love that they serve real food at a great price. The place is always clean, the store always has the best stuff, and they have great staff like the young man Adam who helped my husband and I the on our Anniversary.
