This is one of my top 3 distilleries to visit while in KY. I'm a big tech nerd and seeing how different this facility is compared to every single other distillery is quite impressive. I highly recommend stopping here for a tour or at least a tasting. They are truly doing something different with bourbon and rye whisky. While some find the restaurant pours pricier than the tasting bar, the food remains very good, and the gift shop offers distillery-exclusive bottles, making it a great stop for bourbon lovers on the Bourbon Trail.
