About Bardstown Bourbon Company

Bardstown Bourbon Company is a popular spot for those visiting the area's distilleries. With a large capacity to accommodate groups, the restaurant offers a range of delicious dishes, including the impressive burger, Chicken & Pain Perdu, and standout small plates like Korean chicken and Brussel sprouts. The staff is friendly and attentive, even for larger groups, ensuring a great dining experience. The food is consistently high-quality, with favorites like the Hot Brown and smashed burger. Visitors can also enjoy drinks that are over the top, especially the bourbon slushy.

The modern distillery features well-manicured grounds and a glass-front rickhouse. Guests can enjoy tasting flights at the bar near the entrance or explore the Core Four tour, which includes sampling Bardstown’s origin products and thieving from experimental barrels. The barrel mixing experience in the bourbon museum room is a must-try, offering a fun and interactive way to create unique blends.

While some find the restaurant pours pricier than the tasting bar, the food remains very good, and the gift shop offers distillery-exclusive bottles, making it a great stop for bourbon lovers on the Bourbon Trail. This impressive facility combines state-of-the-art technology with knowledgeable staff, making it a top choice for bourbon enthusiasts.
