“My wife and I are through Simpsonville a couple of times a year and have not been overjoyed with the options for dinner. We ate bagged salads once because we didn't know about JT's.We had a pizza and a couple of salads as well as a pitcher of beer. (It's a long way to Richmond, Virginia) We read the reviews and decided to go for a pizza; it had to be better than anything else at this exit. It is! We make our own pizza most of the time but occasionally will patronize local joints. Most are good - some are not - but JT's is as good as we've had. It's one of only two that are better than our own, in my not-so-humble opinion.We will be back whenever we are in town. I would like to know his technique for making the dough so crisp/tender.“

“This El Nopal is nothing like the rest. Not sure why they are so different but they are the BEST!! Their salsa, guacamole, and meat is way better than the others. Idk if it's the seasoning or what. Go there and mark my word!“

“We had the the chicken livers, hot brown, and shrimp and grits. The portions were huge! All of the dishes we prepared excellently. Flavors and presentation were excellent. Service by the wait staff was excellent. Prices were very reasonable. I had an Old Fashioned to drink and it was done right. I will definitely be back!“

“The only reason I gave it 3 stars on service was because our waiter was more worried about a table full of young women than he was me and my family. It literally took me 6 min to get his attention just to get a refill. (That's it including the time it took before I started to time him at least another 3-6 min) Then he brought me the wrong drink. After he set my glass upon the table he walked away and went straight to the table of girls. He had to pass our table every time he went to theirs. Still he stopped twice at ours in-between the eight times he ran past us to make sure they had everything they needed. I never felt so insignificant in my life. I don't want to go to a restaurant where I need to continuously flag my waiter down just to get service for me and my family.“

“What a delight it was to find this place as I was searching for a new place to eat on my way to Buckner. I ordered a steak burrito and not only was it exquisite but it was made quickly and wrapped tightly to not make a mess. “Very neat place. Very dog friendly, lots of seating available. They have a small restaurant on site and “snack bar” with burgers and pretzels. Two bar areas to get drinks-one inside and one outside and each has slightly different beers.“

“Stopped in for the first time recently to hear a band. The venue setup was very nice. The stage is raised a bit so very easy to see the band even from farther back. The sound was great. The staff was very friendly. The service was great and the drink was delicious. I highly recommend this venue for live music just about any night of the week.“

Highly recommend a pitcher of the frozen Peach Margaritas and the Quasadilla DeLight.If you after something very authentic, then ask about the soup with pork. Can not remember the name but well worth it.Bathrooms are clean for the most but need a deep cleaning.Staff is very friendly but get very busy.“
