An hour and ten minutes after we ordered, they claimed they never got it from their service, Slice. Slice confirmed the order was sent over and accepted. Milanos miraculously then claims they have it but said the driver left. The poor driver called us, he's actually still there but now stuck with an order that won't cancel on his end. Incredibly long wait times. Took 45 minutes just to get our app only for it to taste horrible because there was no salt or any seasoning what so ever and about 20 before we could get our drinks. Never even got our food as we had given up after a couple hours.
We ordered an uncut pizza, The waiter bold face lied stating that it was uncut when it was actually cut, when we returned it the waiter didn't even offer a glass of water while we waited another 25 minutes for the correct order nor did he offer to keep out other food warm while we waited. While the food is okay the service in Louisville and Shelbyville is bad. To leave a 20% tip and have the server deliberately LIE to your face is very bad management.
