“Brought my son and his friend here to kill some time and let them have some fun. I had told the bartender (Katie) that I would let her know when we were done bc we were sitting outside but I didn’t want our stuff thrown away. We went to play and came back to our table being cleaned off. I let the server know we weren’t finished. She apologized and Katie remade our drinks and had a fresh batch of shrimp tacos made even though he only had one left. Not one employee we encountered had a bad attitude. They all seemed genuinely happy to be working even if they were stuck inside on this beautiful day. Thank you to this entire staff for giving me and the boys a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!!!“

“We come to Louisville once a year and ALWAYS make a reservation here! It is our favorite. We have been doing this for over 10 years and I am always excited to go here. My favorite is the Shrimp and Grits and other people have raved about the Pork Chop and steak. I do not think there is a bad choice here. I have never once not had a great meal! Our service has always been wonderful as well, yet this year it was lackluster. One time out of 10 is just a fluke this year i am sure.“

Everyone loved their cocktails. The pork chop was very tasty and perfectly cooked, loved the shrimp and grits… so flavorful! The salmon was also delicious! We had the cheese and hummus plate as a starter and I was not a fan. The hummus was gummy and had an odd flavor. The rest of our group didn’t mind it. I could have had the bruschetta as my meal… yum! For dessert we had the bread pudding and asked to have some bourbon to pour on top (so good!), the lava cake (wow) and the brûlée (coffee flavored and very nice). We were the last to leave and Jessica and the rest of the staff treated us if we had all the time in the world. We so appreciated that! Our experience was so special! Thank you!“

“Amazing! Food was superb and so was the wine, atmosphere was exceptional in every way, the music the colors inside, the lighting, they even had Laguiole knifes (French steak knife). Spotless clean. Great service, they give you time to decide then they give you time to enjoy your meal and your company (no one brought the bill and said we are not rushing you but here is the bill). They brought us a little birthday cake with a lit up candle when they found out we had a birthday and it was complementary. Child friendly with high chair at our table and they offered a kids menu. There is a bar style seating around the large bar where you can have your meal or just drinks. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. Plenty of free parking in the parking lot.“
