I had told the bartender (Katie) that I would let her know when we were done bc we were sitting outside but I didn’t want our stuff thrown away. We went to play and came back to our table being cleaned off. I let the server know we weren’t finished. She apologized and Katie remade our drinks and had a fresh batch of shrimp tacos made even though he only had one left. Not one employee we encountered had a bad attitude. They all seemed genuinely happy to be working even if they were stuck inside on this beautiful day. Thank you to this entire staff for giving me and the boys a wonderful experience. “I had such an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and the biggest reason was my server, Kaitlyn! From the moment she greeted me, she was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. Her positive attitude and great personality immediately stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable.

Kaitlyn was incredibly attentive throughout my entire meal. She checked on me at just the right times, kept my drink refilled without me ever having to ask, and made sure everything came out exactly as I ordered it. She was knowledgeable about the menu, answered all of my questions, and gave fantastic recommendations that I ended up loving.

What impressed me the most was how kind and personable she was. Even though the restaurant was busy, she never made me feel rushed or forgotten. She handled everything with a smile and made it look effortless. It’s clear that she truly cares about providing excellent customer service and making sure every guest has a great experience.

It’s not often that I leave a restaurant feeling like the service was just as memorable as the food, but Kaitlyn absolutely made that happen. Buffalo Wild Wings is incredibly lucky to have someone as hardworking, professional, and genuinely caring as her on their team. She went above and beyond in every way, and because of her outstanding service, I’ll definitely be coming back. Everyone loved their cocktails. The pork chop was very tasty and perfectly cooked, loved the shrimp and grits… so flavorful! The salmon was also delicious! We had the cheese and hummus plate as a starter and I was not a fan. The hummus was gummy and had an odd flavor. The rest of our group didn’t mind it. I could have had the bruschetta as my meal… yum! For dessert we had the bread pudding and asked to have some bourbon to pour on top (so good!), the lava cake (wow) and the brûlée (coffee flavored and very nice). I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

Tonight, we tried to just our fantasy football draft with them but our league failed to show. We’d planned on 15 but not even half showed up. But this team still honored their fantasy football draft party for us - gave us a TV to watch the game we wanted (and this went way beyond the call of service) and they still honored their discounts.

We had actually no idea they did these thing for fantasy football drafts, so if you are drafting soon. You need to go here! Last minute. Amazing management and waitress staff.

“This is an edit to my previous review. I ordered mushroom and Swiss burger with two patties and a strawberry sundae. Both were phenomenal. I ate the Sunday first. I ordered it through the app and it was literally brought out as soon as I pulled to the waiting area. Hot, fresh and delicious.

For fast food, this place is pretty much my favorite. Everything I order is always tasty and fresh. Today I ordered the Reuben with a three piece side of butterfly shrimp. It was exactly what I was looking for and tasted wonderful. This Culver's is close to my house and they never do the wrong.“

“Great environment, food is made to order. It will in fact take 20 minutes plus if not more depending on how busy they are. You for sure will wait a pretty penny after ordering your food BUT EVERYTHING WILL BE HOT & FRESH NOOO QUESTIONS ASKED.
I Like that they open your box or each boxed from your order to show you your food before they bag it and hand it off to you.
Plenty on seating. Plenty of parking. One single unisex restroom. There is wheelchair access.
Everything on their menu is not online so it is more realistic to call in your order or come inside instead of calling to add or make substitutions.
Easy to talk to very patient.
I love getting food from here this is like the church soul food that you make sure you have a ToGo plate from.
I order the wing and chicken breast dinner with two sides ( Yams & Greens ) I add Cornbread and a small cabbage (the menu doesn't saying there is sausage cooked and mixed with the cabbage) with pork sausage.
Their Ribs Are Pork.
They do have spaghetti for a side that is freaking delicious as well!
