“My latest visit to Ten Pin was for my son's school bowling league. The alley was active for a Friday afternoon. We filled up at least 20 lanes but barely took up a third of the alley. The lanes kept score for the players and flashed standing pins before throw #2. A long, curved seat is available for players on two lanes and overall there was enough space for people to sit between bowling. Behind the playing area was a long row of tables, which was a nice space to watch our kids without being in their personal space or distracting them.True story. While I was there to support my son I had been dreaming of bowling alley fries from the snack. I was not disappointed in their crinkle fries. So good! I also got a grilled cheese. Nothing extravagant, just one off the griddle like your grandma would make you. The snack bar has a full menu, including pizza and burgers. Drinks were plentiful, including soda, Icees and beer. “Decided to try this place on our road trip. It was delicious! A bit salty but still absolutely delicious! The Calamari didn't taste sweet or spicy but still no complaints. Thinly battered and tasted good even without doing in the sauce. I had the mussels in the white sauce and my husband had the red sauce. Our son had the sandwich. The bread was really soft (almost like French toast) and the short rib was so soft and tender. We also got the Mac & cheese for our daughters to share. At first they were skeptical because of the color (compared to Krafts) but after the first bite, they were convinced. It was so creamy. Our girls ended up having a little of everything and actually finished off their plates.“

The wait time was about 45 mins for a table, but that was perfectly okay because of the outside bar and porch to wait! cornhole, table jenga, and connect 4 games were also outside, so there are things to do while you wait. the food is spectacular. Try their homemade jams and hot sauce! You won't be disappointed! Service was excellent. We sat at the bar, bartender was great (Jasmine), and the wait time for our food was under 10 mins. I ordered the BIG BAD BISCUIT - Make sure you have room in your belly because the portions are extremely generous! I could only eat half of the biscuit! Very clean, "homey", and just an overall wonderful experience. Great Job!“

“we recently ate at Steak and Bourbon for my 66th birthday. lovely atmosphere. good service. however, my husband ordered a $50 steak (NY Strip) which was less than stellar. he ate it until the last 4c bites were un-chewable due to the gristle. he mentioned it to the server as she cleared our dishes. she meekly apologized and left us our bill with a 20% tip. no manager to address the issue and no discount on an expensive cut of meat. we ate generous in our tipping, but we were slightly offended that 20%was decided for us. the gristle and the 20% both left a bad taste in our mouth. we won't be visiting again.“
“An experience that lays not just with the food, but the staff. We had to switch our birthday reservation last minute due to driving our sweet cat Luna to the animal hospital. I felt horrible. Manager Anna was not a teensy bit worried about our cancelation, but exceptionally worried about our cat. She went on to ask Luna's name and other questions. Experiencing this human kindness meant the world - especially in that moment. Anna moved our reservation to the next day and made sure we were exceptionally cared for!
