The waitress's service was good, unfortunately the food was not what my companion expected; The first cheese sticks arrived cold and the second ones not very hot.The baked potato was hard and the butter was on the edge which caused it to spread across the plate when it melted, wetting the fish. Unfortunately a bad experience. Different from the restaurant in Elizabethtown. The kitchen staff sometimes do not understand that this hurts the waiters, the managers and the company.?
The waitress served well, those who did not do things well, the cooks told me the paper arrived with the butter overflowing on the paper, the fish got wet because it was the fish & chips but I was hungry and I ate the fish only what I think. I won't go back to the one in Louisville, I love the one in

The food was good but I specifically asked for my salmon to be cooked and seasoned a certain way. The waitress said she could do it and didn't. She got lost. No drink refills, needed sauce, said she'd be right back but again disappeared. The coconut with strawberry splash in it was amazing!
