I got the Friday Fish and chips Special yesterday (Friday), and added a side of lobster tail and a Mango Lemonade.The meal good overall but just a warning check what they are charging you. I got home to find out I was overcharged on two items. They charged me full price on the fish and chips (instead of Friday special price) and charged me for an a la carte lobster tail, instead of the price to add as a side with an entree.I clearly pointed at everything I wanted in the menu when ordering and stated I wanted the Friday special and wanted to "add a side with my entree" as indicated on the menu.So be careful and check all pricing before paying. I expected much better from a reputable restaurant, this is something I expect from a small corner store that people stop going to when the owners are scamming customers.Atmosphere was a tad bit dark and I had an ant crawling up my glass of lemonade but besides that it was okay, not too loud and didn't feel too dirty.Overall, I spent $50 this night just for my own meal, and the experience I had seemed something hardly worth $15/$20
Waited at the host area for at least 10 mins before anyone greeted us. Waited at our table even longer for the server THEN had to wait another 10 mins for our drinks and bread.. after that Fatima (I think her name was) was checkingOn us more, got us bread to take home. Never offered any refills. It was a Sunday evening but not very busy most of her area was leaving when we got seated. Honestly we probably wouldn’t be back because who wants to wait and wait and wait for over again. If we noticeably could see servers just standing around so it wasn’tLike someone couldn’t have helped seat us, help take our drink orders.Fatima was a sweetheart when she interacted with us which was probably only reason I’d give this place a 2 star.

So disappointed! We would usually come about once a month me and my husband. Well we came in for lunch today and we were seated right beside a family for four and we moved over one table while the host was present. Well the sever walked by us so many times. As well as all other staff. I went to the bathroom and came back and my husband said he had still not been talked to at all at this point had been like 6-7 mins and when I tell you there were like 2-3 people in there eating that’s it. Well we got up and left. I’m a waitress as well and I would never allow my guest to go un greeted and feel the way we felt today. Not to mention I had a carry out like 2 weeks ago that was horrible but was like well I understand things are not always great. Needless to say we will not return. I will find another place to have my steak and Crab legs ?

The food was good but I specifically asked for my salmon to be cooked and seasoned a certain way. The waitress said she could do it and didn't. She got lost. No drink refills, needed sauce, said she'd be right back but again disappeared. The coconut with strawberry splash in it was amazing!

Yeah the food was awful the service was worse only thing that gave them the 2 stars on service is the guy in training being trained that night for refilling our drink and getting us hot bread trading the cold ... Good luck

The waitress's service was good, unfortunately the food was not what my companion expected; The first cheese sticks arrived cold and the second ones not very hot.The baked potato was hard and the butter was on the edge which caused it to spread across the plate when it melted, wetting the fish. Unfortunately a bad experience. Different from the restaurant in Elizabethtown. The kitchen staff sometimes do not understand that this hurts the waiters, the managers and the company.?

The waitress served well, those who did not do things well, the cooks told me the paper arrived with the butter overflowing on the paper, the fish got wet because it was the fish & chips but I was hungry and I ate the fish only what I think. I won't go back to the one in Louisville, I love the one in
