“We love Waffle house. It is a kick your shoes off kinda atmosphere. All of the employees are so friendly, we love Hope, she is our waitress every time we come in. The food is always hot.There is nothing I can say bad, thumbs up to the cook also.Parking: Some days, it is hard to find a place to park, but that tells me how much people like it at Shepherdsville Waffle house.Kid-friendliness: Our kids are grown, so I can not really talk much about this subject.“

“The owners were amazing. Couldn't get an uber to pick us up however they allowed us to stay wayyyy after closing time. They were sooo kind and understanding. The winery is a total 10 out of 10. The dog Charlie is the best loved him being there. Jim and Sandy are awesome!!! The wines are great hard to find good non sweet reds and they have em!!! Definitely a good selection.“

“They let you substitute tofu in place of meat in any of their combos. Curry tofu is my favorite but if you don't like tofu then you should try curry chicken. Also their egg rolls and chicken teriyaki sticks are delicious. The owner is always friendly.Vegetarian options: You can substitute tofu instead of meat with any of their combos.“

“Update 4/2024: Pizza is 'ok' now, chili/soups still good. Spaghetti meat sauce is not as tasty/good as once was. They were out of forks when we arrived (plastic utensils available) and soon ran out of glassware for drinks after arriving (out came styrofoam cups). Made us wonder about dishwasher status. Which made us wonder about their cookware. Floor had spills of liquid in various places, staff member even noticed and said "oh we need to sweep and mop" and then didn't. Just let it air dry. Men's room needed attention and we told them so after arriving. 1 hour later, nothing touched. It's went down from our previous visit. Used to be a lot better. New owner/management? We don't know. Might return in a year. Maybe.Pretty good at a nice price! Love the chili, the broccoli-cheese, the salad bar, the cheese bread (OMG!), green beans, mac n cheese, spaghetti, meat sauce, and the pizzas aren't bad either. LoL“

“When I arrived at your location, the front part of store was very colorful, neat and inviting. But, when I entered the dining area, I could not help to notice dirty tables and an unclean floor. My meal was satisfactory but would have loved to have dined in a cleaner atmosphere.“

My friend had pork sliders and really wanted my meal! Good service as we sat at the bar. This place was humming with in and outdoor seating for meal service. Amazing and everyone seemed comfortable. We did not have reservations on this Sunday so that's why we were at the bar. No worrie, it worked fine!“

“After the whiskey tasting we were ready for something to eat. Ordered a pizza which the dough is made with the yeast. Best crust I have ever had. Service was just okay. Our waiter disappeared for at least 20 minutes. Cool view if you are sitting on the patio.“
