wow what a place and what history. I didn't expect to be wowed so much while visiting. The tour was exceptional. Jim Bream has been a staple in my household for generations and it definitely shall continue.
I recently attended the Basil Hayden culinary tasting at the James B. Beam Distilling Company in Clermont, Kentucky, and it exceeded every expectation. James B. Beam Distilling Co. is an exceptional distillery offering an unforgettable experience. The friendly and polite staff provide top-notch service, ensuring visitors feel welcome and cared for. The restaurant serves excellent food, including the mouth-watering brisket with grits, Brussels sprouts with pepper jelly, and duck wrapped in bacon. Visitors can enjoy a full behind-the-scenes tour and the 8 Generations of Beams tasting, which includes 7 separate samples. The tours are informative and entertaining, with very helpful guides who provide good insights. The beautiful and spectacular grounds and historic structures add to the charm, making it a must-visit on the Bourbon Trail. The tasting room is nicely appointed and a wealth of great sips from very knowledgeable servers. This distillery is a must-visit for anyone interested in bourbon and seeking a fantastic and unique experience.
