The ribs where ok and the baked beans where different . I did not care for the potato salad but everyone had different taste buds. The main thing was that I like to be asked if I want bbq sauce on my meat or not and that was not the case . The bbq sauce was overpowering . Not my style of bbq
I’ve had barbecue at over 200 places across the country and SITB is definitely in that upper echelon. Turkey and pork ribs are fall off the bone succulent and so tasty. The brisket is fantastic and Smokey and the pulled pork and chicken are flavorful, juicy and terrific. I love the Nanna’s potato salad that has a little bite to it, the Mac and cheese and the phenomenal baked beans.
