Great food, and great service.
We were so excited to try Derby City pizza after hearing so many great things but sadly we left with nothing but disappointment and wasted time. we waited almost 40 minutes with only water to show for our time and the waitress never came back (all we ordered was a large pepperoni/pineapple pizza and pretzel bites) after the 40 minute wait we just left, we would have totally understood but there were only 3 tables including ourselves.. horrible customer service and horrible first...read full review
Customer service sucks. Waitresses were standing around talking to their friends instead of waiting on customers and our waitress was out in the back talking to her friends hanging out back while we’re waiting for our check for over 25 minutes. You people need to practice good customer service. I will never go to this sorry place again. 😡😡
