I ordered a delivery order from the Shepherdsville KY store last night. We only received a portion of the order. I called the store to speak with a manager but the person answering the phone said the managers was too busy to speak with me.
Then I went to website and tried to speak with someone but had to use the chat feature. After spending $38 on food, delivery fee and tip but not actually getting our dinner I was offered a $20 refund.

Based on recent reviews, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store at the Brooks exit and I-65 is bringing back the old ways. Despite a past poor experience with a steak that did not taste like a New York strip, the management showed empathy. Overall, the restaurant is bringing back the Cracker Barrel customers all remember and love.
