Went in for breakfast. 3 employees standing around chatting, drinking coffee. No one at the hostess stand. I asked the three chatting employees who were just standing around if I was supposed to seat myself. They told me no, there's no hostess, but I should wait for someone to seat me. Obviously they were too busy to do so, with their Starbucks coffee and chatting.If you want rude services and if you want to have to wait, highly recommend.Food was your average American restaurant fare. Not great, but edible.

Got our order wrong, rebooted with old leather roast beef, cold uncooked fried okra, not good food, but the check was nice and healthy. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR BELOVED CRACKER BARRELL CHAINS??????Last 5 times I have eaten at 5 different locations, ALL 5 were terrible.

Food was Perfectly Delicious. Waitress was very nice but forgot to check back on us after asking for ketchup & drink refill so we had to go find assistance. Overall we very much enjoyed Dining here.

Menu is blah. Nothing of note. Service here was non-existent. As it was not even 1/4 full and still a twenty minute wait. I get it. No one wants to work. But.... Live up to your good name, or like me. I will find a cheaper and better alternative.Food is again very forgettable and there's that sparse service. My server was good. But that wait... and wait.... oh and if I didn't say it. Wait. I went for dinner, and ordered breakfast. Because the offerings for dinner. Just not really appealing.The store is always a good distraction but, it's a restaurant after all. Too many other places (even quick service at half the costs) to visit.

I ordered a sandwich with a side of fries. (See pic..lolI literally got six french fries and when I laughed, she said sorry, We are now weighing our portions and that's the new amount. The server was even embarrassed to bring my plate out. This will be my last meal at cracker barrel. They have changed so much.

I have never had a bad experience at a Cracker Barrel til we went to this one. We waited 30 minutes to get in which is fine, but once we were and the waitresses took our drink order we waited another 30 minutes to get our drinks (we had to grab a different waitresses to get those). Then after another hour of waiting we still had not gotten our food and not a single person stopped to check on us!! When it was time for the restaurant to close someone finally came by and asked us how it was. And come to find out our order was never put in to the kitchen. We left with 1 coupon for a free meal. There were 3 of us!! My family will never go back to that Cracker Barrel.
We had to wait a long time to get seated then we had to wait a long time to get our food. Once we got our food some of it was cold and my niece got her hamburger that wasn’t dressed like we asked and she didn’t get her fries. So We were all done eating before she even got her food.
It's my favorite place to eat breakfast with my favorite servers-Vanessa, Sissy and Amber. And we love Susan, one of the managers.

Usually a Cracker Barrel is managed very well. I'm not trying to throw down on this particular store, but it definitely has room for improvement.The Bathroom smelled like a hot day in an open urinal.Our sever was great. She was very nice with a positive attitude.Some credit to the store, it was fairly busy when we arrived at 18:00.We had the Coastal Fish with shrimp.The shrimp was over cooked, almost burnt.The fish was cooked decent.Our utensils weren't really washed. More like sprayed off. Still had gritty food particle stuck to the forks and plates.Maybe this restaurant is not normally this way and we just caught them at a bad time.Plus, good worker's are difficult to achieve this day and time.
