“I have been a customer at Huddle House now since they opened~ I have had many waitresses in that time frame. The BEST ONES ARE KELSEY, STACEY, SANTANA... THEY NO EXACTLY WHAT I GET EVERY TIME, THEY ARE FRIENDLY POLITE SOCIABLE AND A REAL HOT MESS TO BE AROUND. THEY ARE FUNNY,VERY RESPECTFUL, JOKE AROUND AND WE HAVE BECOME PRETTY GOOD FRIENDS~ I LOVE THEM LIKE THEY ARE MY DAUGHTER'S...THE FOOD HAS BEEN 95% TO 100% EVERY TIME AND THEY ALWAYS ASK IF EVERYTHING IS OK AND IF IT IS NOT THEY TAKE IT AND MAKE SURE THAT IT IS.. HUDDLE HOUSE IS MY STOMPING GROUND FOR YRS NOW, I LOOK FORWARD ADD LEAST ONCE A WEEK TO A FANTASTIC BREAKFAST AND GREAT CONVERSATION,THEY ARE ALWAYS CARING THE COFFEE POT AROUND AND KEEPING YOUR CUP HOT AND FULL AT ALL TIMES...COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO EAT. EVERY TIME YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR THEY SAY HELLO GOOD MORNING AND WHEN I LEAVE THEY ALWAYS SAY GOODBYE... WE ARE LIKE 1 BIG HAPPY FAMILY IN THERE~ THUMBS UP 100%...“

“Brandenburg location- I've had the oysters, frog legs, and catfish. All were excellent in both taste and price! Their fries are the best I've had and are seasoned perfectly. The girl who served our food and ran the register was a very hard worker. Highly recommend!“

“Eaten here several times and 99% of the time there are no complaints. I've never had bad service. Prices are on par with about every other casual dining place. Food is normally what you'd expect. This last time we went i ordered something different typically i get the Pork Chops i got the chop steak this time and that was my mistake it was an overcooked and dry frozen hamburger patty.“

“We went here a few days ago and really enjoyed it! We have had some bad experiences in the past where we’ve waited over 45 minutes for food at our table but they have definitely improved. I ordered the salmon plate and asked for no lemon, when they brought it out it did have lemon but they were very understanding, fixed my meal, and comped it partially. I’m not usually one send things back cuz I also work in food but I appreciated the fix and how they handled it. The triple chocolate meltdown was also very good. Our meal was nice, thanks guys.“

“Not usually a hamburger person, but today my son brought me a butter burger from Culver’s. It had lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese on it. The burger was delicious and well prepared. Cheddar was an option, the onions tasted like onions and the slice of tomato was perfect in size and had the best tomato flavor I have had in a long time from a large tomato. I always knew about their chocolate soft serve and other good ice cream options, but I have a new fave burger. Do yourself a favor and try it.“

“I had no ideal this little Cafe has been here 9 yrs and I have lived here all my life . A friend told me about it today so I had to try it out it was like eating at grandma's house love it and you can't beat the prices for all the food you get. It completely behind the showroom at swope Toyota dealership please check it out. I loved it will be a regular customer.“

“Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. No welcome person, so I sat down and waited. A charming young lady came and took my order. We talked about how few people were working. I was initially angry for having to wait. But as we talked I realized how overwhelmed they were and how little help they had. I want to thank her for her hard work.“

“We are at Red Lobster tonight in Elizabethtown Ky The food was great and so was the service. Eivonny Brown the restaurant manager came to our table and showed my grandson how to crack open the crab legs. We had a great waitress too.“

“Overall I had a good experience. I sat at the bar since it was just me and the girl who was serving me food and drinks was superb. Definitely check how your steak is done. I got the ribeye steak and asked for it to be medium rare. When I got it most of it was well done or medium well. The bar tender/server saw it when I cut into it and she immediately ordered me a new one. The second one was better but knew it wasn't rare just looking at the juices (and I was right) it was medium in the middle but well done in the rest of it. I told her she doesn't have to get me another and I'd eat it. The steak was still well seasoned and juicy and the sides were good as well. Idk if the cook was newer and had trouble with thinner cuts or what, but I was definitely happy with the service and laid back environment. Maybe I'll try a thicker cut next time and see if the same thing happens 🤷♂️“

“I have traveled many states and E- Town Captain D’s is by far the best and friendliest place I’ve ever been, especially the lady Jessica P she is truly got the southern hospitality I eat there at least twice a week and the service is always great 👍 thanks again sweet lady Jessica P. A lot of other Captain D’s could learn from your kindness“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
