Service was great. Everyone was friendly and there was definitely a very homey atmosphere. That being said, I didn't care for my food. Pancakes were chewy, bacon was soggy and my eggs were rubbery. I plan to give Huddle House another try based on service and atmosphere alone hoping it was just an off day for the cook.
The food is delicious, the customer service needs help. I've eaten from here a few times, but it's either via door dash or my fiancé will pickup our orders. Well, one time, I went in, and it has been the last. Upon entering, there were a few folks in line to order, yet the staff was hanging out with regulars. This is the cutest little diner at the edge of Radcliff near the Neighborhood Walmart who has one of the friendliest cashier/waitresses. She was ringing up orders as well as serving food all by herself. I ordered an MVP Platter, a southwestern bowl and a sausage & bacon casserole for me and my parents. As you can see, the servings were pretty generous.
