You may find Mi Ranchito a little off the beaten path, but it is worth the trip down Carter Road. There is ample parking on both sides of the building. They have a large L-shaped dining room that doesn't feel crowded even with a large party. The menu is quite extensive, so you may want to take a few minutes to look it over. The food here is on point. Great choice for Mexican cuisine and at a great price. The staff is amazing and just pleasant to be around. We live local to this restaurant and are regulars once or twice a week.

My favorite Mexican restaurant because its close to my favorite food from being in Southern California. Unlike a lot of our other restaurants that are becoming or are more like a restaurant that was inspired by Mexican cuisine.
