You may find Mi Ranchito a little off the beaten path, but it is worth the trip down Carter Road. There is ample parking on both sides of the building. They have a large L-shaped dining room that doesn't feel crowded even with a large party. The menu is quite extensive, so you may want to take a few minutes to look it over. My personal favorite is the chicken fajitas. I don't know what they season them with, but they are perfect!!! If you like it spicy like I do, ask for hot sauce....it's a treat, a little smoky with some good heat!!!! We have always had great, fast service. Oh... did I mention warm chips???

I have never eaten in person, but every time I order by phone they give me the wrong order. I call so they know, and the first thing they tell me is a liar and they don't even apologize. This time take a photo and post it here so they know that if they have a problem with their food, it's because they don't have a quality check.Never ate in person. But every time I order by phone they mess my order. I called after the third time just to let them know but the first thing they do is call me a liar and get confrontational. Just to let people know that if you have a problem with your food, you are also a liar. No quality check on takeout.Pic of my order.
