I’ve loved old hickory for years but we’d always get the pork and mutton to go. But today I got the combination plate and the ribs and brisket were amazing! Also didn’t know their Mac and cheese was so good and creamy. I think eating in house is the way to go!!
Way better quality than any other barbecue place in town!!! My favorite is the sliced pork with green beans and macaroni and cheese!!!
So rare do I give a 5-star review for a restaurant, but this one totally deserved it. First off, the girl who took care of me (Ella) is a total dream. So patient with me when I told her it was my first-time ordering. I ordered a half rack of ribs and a container of baked beans. They also let me try the potato salad which was also da' bomb but my wife got that, and I got the beans and we shared.
