“This was my wife and I’s first visit-we will definitely be back. It was a packed house on a Saturday night with live music, but the staff was very attentive to everyone’s needs and they hustled all night. Food was well prepared and an excellent value for the price. The view of the river with the sun going down was amazing. Many thanks to the crew at On Deck for an awesome evening-we will be back!“

“Their service is GREAT! And the food is some of the best Asian food I’ve ever had. Lomein is probably the best I’ve had anywhere. Sushi is always on par too. And their hibachi never disappoints for the price especially. Would recommend to anyone looking for good food in henderson!“

“I had my baby shower here in their private room and it turned out beautifully! We had so much help from the staff and they helped with everything! Everyone was super accommodating and kind!! Plus the food was great! The venue is gorgeous and such a versatile space! The service was wonderful too!“

“The food and wine at Farmer & Frenchman are always fantastic, but the service is what truly stands out to us. Every visit, my husband and I notice the incredible teamwork—servers helping each other without hesitation, whether it’s refilling drinks, clearing plates, or checking on tables that aren’t technically theirs. And they hustle. We’ve been for lunch, dinner, and the busy holiday season, and the service is consistently attentive, efficient, and friendly no matter how busy it is. We’re always greeted with a smile coming in and going out, and that hospitality keeps us coming back.“

“I have been going here since right after they opened(30yrs) since I worked down the street. Enjoyed talking with Dan at lunch. Was said to see him go. Whenever I get a craving for Chinese this is the only place I will go to. They are fantastic. Can’t say enough abt the food. Way to go Karen and Eddie!!!!“

“Food is yummy yummy! Service was great!!!! I’m a longtime customer and a restaurant owner. And I love this place. The only thing I’d recommend is to stop letting the staff kick garbage under the shelves in the kitchen. As a customer watching that, it makes me think the restaurant is dirty and I’ve seen it done many times here over the years, because many bar seats have a clear view into the kitchen. I can’t tell you how many loud conversations we have overheard from the kitchen and how much trash I’ve seen kicked under the shelves. It takes two seconds to pick up the trash and disposed of it properly, so that your customers will think you are a clean, sanitary restaurant if we see that. I’m sure you are clean, but that’s a bad look.“

“My husband decided to take us here for my birthday dinner, and wow, we had such a great experience! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and I’ll always give credit where credit is due. The only downside was that the fire alarms continued to go off throughout dinner, which was definitely distracting, but completely out of the staff’s control,and thankfully, there was no fire! 😂 Overall, we had a wonderful birthday dinner and were really impressed with both the food and the service.“

“Personal Crab Rangoon Rating: 9/10Perfect crunch, perfect filling to dough ratio! The filling on this one is also not too sweet but not overwhelmingly savory, it's just perfect to me. I think sometimes other places also make the filling a little too liquid-y but not this place! I will say though, they don't have that traditional rangoon shape, but honestly I don't mind with how good they taste, it's completely fine if they're a little wonky in my opinion. You get 6 crab rangoons for only $3.15! Best deal in town if you ask me~ I highly recommend you try this place out at least once, you'll be sad to miss out on such a life changing crab experience! “We wanted Sushi but our favorite place is about 20 miles from home. So I googled and this is where we ended up. We’ve been here about 3x’s before and the food wasn’t good and the place was kinda dirty! I’m so glad we gave it another try!!! Upon arrival we were Greeted by Owner Rafic and he showed us to our seats. He is a Beautiful and kind soul! He explained he bought the restaurant 3 months ago, don’t quote me on how exactly long he’s had it because I had a couple of glasses of wine. 🥰THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AND THE WAITRESS WAS SO GOOD!! Her name was Stephanie J. 💜 She told us the grilled squid was a good seller. So we ordered it and it looked like bacon, it was grilled with seaweed and green peppers and was in a vinegar sauce!! It was so different and DELICIOUS!! Ikasansai $12 totally worth it!! I had the Vietti Moscato and my husband had 2 Hot sakes. We ordered a side of hibachi noodles and vegetables. I ordered the black dragon roll sushi and my husband ordered the hurricane scallop roll sushi. They were done to perfection, so delicious!!! Our bill came to almost $100 but absolutely 💯 would spend it again! It was worth every penny the Food, A+, the Atmosphere A+, the Service A+!! Rafic you have done a really good job turning this around in the last three months. Can wait for the redesign and all the updates you were telling us about! 👌💜 Thanks for the amazing conversation and great dinner.“

“Leora T. Did an amazing job! Came in with a little pop of people in the afternoon. She was alone on the floor. Was very prompt, poliet, and quick with service. Never left either out drinks and our food was put in within about 10 mins of arriving! She did amazing juggling the tables and keeping every one full and satisfied!“

“Some of the best food in the TriState area. Rotating specials offer something for everyone. However, in addition to great food, they have my mother's favorite waitress/server on the planet! Allison Moore is amazing at making you feel welcome and cared about. She goes above and beyond in her job performance and is accommodating and accurate with dine in as well as carryout orders. She keeps us coming back time after time. Do yourself a favor and not just dine at Hometown Roots but ask that Allison Moore is your server.“
