We eat at the Hopkinsville Zaxby's anytime we go through there. They are one of the few fast food places with good salads anymore.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has mixed experiences. The food is often fresh and good, with pleasant, friendly staff and swift service. The peach tea is a favorite. However, cleanliness is a major issue. The lobby is sometimes dirty and atrocious, with greasy, slick floors that are a slipping hazard, especially in the female bathroom. The dining room can be very warm. Some customers had problems with online orders being given to someone else without proof. While some locations are clean with a great atmosphere, others need a lobby attendant and better maintenance.
