“It’s good food but there’s a waitress working in there with glasses who was nothing but rude to us the entire time, kept intentionally “forgetting” things I asked for, sat down when taking our order, kept staring at us the entire time we ate, had an awful attitude when asked to get extra plates, and kept the coins when bringing back our change like automatically assuming she was keeping them on top of whatever else we’d tip.“

“I am a door dasher and constantly pick up orders from here. Decided to try it after my car smelling like heaven over and over again. Was not disappointed, chicken sandwich was crisp to perfection and juicy with excellent flavor. Voodoo fries were great as well. But the ranch... I could drink that stuff. So good!“

Ordered pepperoni pizza, cheese bread, and garlic parm wings. Wings were amazingly cooked and sauced. Crust on pizza was perfectly soft and crispy. Pains me that I don’t live here“

“I walked up to the counter to order and the employee taking orders was just standing there ordering her own meal not taking my order. Then she was rude and unprofessional. I had to ask her to repeat everything she said as she talked so softly. Then the fries were cold and my order was to go and they gave no silverware to eat with it.“

“This location can be a little hit or miss, sometimes there is a line of cars around the building for the pickup window due to the lobby being closed. So, even if you placed an order online, you will have to wait in the car line to access the pickup window, and your pizza will be cold and soggy by the time you receive it. But you can call the national number to request a refund.

That being said, when all is good, they have one of the most generously topped meat & veggie supreme pizzas in Hopkinsville! (Bambino's, Godfather's, Domino's, Papa John's do not even come close). Also, you can't beat the price!“

“The employees attacked after i told them the chicken had a rat in the box. Very dispointed in the long driv thru line. They told me they had short staff but they all looked pretty tall to me.“
