Well, the coffee was good. Ordered a simple breakfast of egg's over e-z that were cooked one one side and raw on the other. My bacon could have been substituted for beef jerky, (i think it was left-over from the day before as well as the hash brown potatoes.) The biscuit was fresh, but the gravy was cold and served in a tiny condiment cup. Cafeteria food at its finest? We enjoyed our late lunch today. The food and staff are great.
Fantastic breakfast. Easy to get in on Saturday morning. We had loaded tamales, southwestern omelette and Benny’s hash. All really good and would recommend going to try them out!

The portions are huge.
