Domino's Pizza offers a convenient ordering experience through their app, allowing customers to send messages to the cooks. While some customers have had issues with orders, such as missing toppings, others have enjoyed friendly staff and delicious pizzas like the Philly cheesesteak. The staff, especially Hannah, has shown great customer service by quickly resolving mistakes, such as making 18 pizzas in 45 minutes for a birthday party after an accidental order. Customers appreciate the helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure orders are perfect and timely. Additionally, the delivery service is praised for being punctual and friendly, with the delivery driver Jesse receiving special mention for their professionalism and warm attitude. Despite some inconsistencies, the helpful staff and tasty food keep customers coming back.
