Off the road. Walk in, smoky room. A GREAT SCENE. Smoke from BBQ not the other.

Ohhhh Myyyyy Goshhhhhhhh. I've been looking for a restaurant with amazing "fall off the bone" REAL SMOKED not ELECTRIC SMOKED ....RIBS!!!!!!! I have found them. Yall gotta getcha some. They are indescribably perfect. Awesome friendly service too. Oh and tons of sides. BUT THE RIBS!!!

Smoke House Restaurant is a mom-n-pop style diner serving Southern style food in an old, rundown building. The fried catfish is the best with generous portions, and the brisket is extremely tender and juicy. The Sloppy Joe Sandwich, fried okra, corn nuggets, and patty melt with perfectly crispy crinkle fries are popular. The baked potato was great, and the potato salad and turnip greens were delicious. However, some food is greasy and not top quality, with corncakes lacking flavor. The tiny salad bar is in a covered cooler. Service is excellent, impeccable, and top notch. The environment is clean and welcoming. Portions are large and well priced. Try everything on the menu.
