McDonald's is a restaurant with a mix of qualities. The workers are literally so nice, some of the nicest fast food employees. The food is always hot and fresh and the fries are always hot and salty. However, some locations have received criticism for poor service, including long wait times and being told to go park away from the window. Some customers have experienced issues with food, like fries that were a little cold & hard to eat. Despite these issues, the restaurant's remodeled locations and delicious food options remain a draw for many customers.
