Jimmy John's is a clean restaurant with a friendly and helpful staff. The food, including the new Chipotle wrap, is described as good and fresh, although the sauce can be a bit overwhelming. The delivery service was appreciated, but the bag could have been better protected from the rain. Regular customers enjoy that their orders are remembered. While the seating has recently changed to metal chairs, which are not as comfortable as the previous ones, the rewards program is a nice touch.
