Honestly a terrible chain! i work in fast food and my gosh i would never EVER operate like this even on my worst day. Took about 16 mins to get my food, when i got it the fries were already cold...so what was the wait for? I understand not having enough people but when i was looking at the people working they all have no sense of urgency like what are we doing, just nonsense.
