we all enjoyed our ice cream today! something sweet and cold on this very hot day!
Well, when I walked in to the Dunkin -Baskin Robbin’s Shop, I stood there for several minutes before the only employee in the store said anything to me.
Attention whoever is responsible for training, try having your employee greet the customer when they come in by saying something like; “I’ll be with you in just a minute”, instead of ignoring them.
End of rant.

The ice cream was a bit pricey for the quality. The waffle cones were tough and chewy. I don't think they were very fresh

Baskin-Robbins is a highly recommended restaurant with respectful, fast, and polite staff. The night manager creates a great atmosphere, and employees like Roque go above and beyond to ensure a perfect customer experience. The restaurant is efficient, even when training new hires, and offers a wide range of ice cream flavors and Dunkin Donuts products. With excellent customer service, Baskin-Robbins is a great spot to visit, even when short-staffed, and is sure to turn customers into repeat visitors.
