The Night Manager Nate is a gem! What great atmosphere. He was so nice, we came back twice! We couldn't praise him enough in such a short writing....excellence is an understatement!

I hadn’t planned on coming back to B&R anymore but my daughter begged today. Roque was working today and went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. He was so nice to my daughter and showed her the process of putting her unicorn cup together. We will absolutely be back. He has made us customers again!

I came through the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon with my family. We said hello though the speaker and the lady on the drive thru microphone proceeded to say in a rude manner “can you hold on I’ll be with you in a second” with no visible customers in the car line or inside the store. We waited for 20 additional minutes and left since she never helped us.

This location should be condemned. I just had the most disgusting interaction with the manager and girl working. I have never in my life dealt with two more incompetent, rude, disrespectful, lazy human beings. I won’t go into detail, but I hope this location is shut down ASAP.

Ordered and paid in advance for take out ice cream. When I arrived they could not confirm my order. I showed them the order confirmation on my email and they just glanced at it. I verbally gave my order and was told we are out of that flavor. I ask why I got a confirmation if the were out and she had no idea why. I ask if she could pack my request from her counter and the response was if we have it. Very disorganized store.

Ordered a quart of world-class chocolate and a separate 2 scoops of different ice creams received the 2 scoops but instead of the quart of world-class chocolate I received a pound of Dunkin' Donuts coffee tried to call the location the number isn't working super fail.

Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts are together in this 1 store. We went in Sunday evening, within an hour of closing and due to lack of help we could not go in, we had to use the drive thru. Good ice cream serving the usuals, but also had the Dunkin products available too.
Glad there's one still in the area. The one in Donelson was sold to an oil change place.

This place was a complete fail. I will not be back here ever again. The service was terrible. If I was the owner I would seriously think about doing some retraining. ordered a banana split only got two scoops of ice cause they didn't have the right container no hot fudge no nuts one cherry and still charged full price. then my friend ordered a shake told the girl what he wanted she repeated the order back him then got the wrong ice cream
