“When we entered Stompin' Grounds for our Father's Day brunch we were greeted by Ha and let me tell you...that was the most energetic and happy greeting I have ever received at a restaurant and the whole party agreed!! Ha was fantastic, not just greeting us, but throughout the rest of the meal and our time at the restaurant! She was constantly coming around to make us smile, but not in an annoying way...she did it so well that we felt special and well taken care of and she really made the morning special. Not only was she funny and energetic, but she was also extremely heartfelt and sincere! Again, something I have never experienced before at a restaurant! The food and service were also incredible!! We took a group of foster kids and the owner came and introduced himself, spent time talking to the kids and introduced other shops in the area to them. Go see Pepe. “Just exactly what you’d expect if you visited an authentic Mexican Ice Cream / dessert parlor!

The place is spotlessly clean, the ice cream has a beautiful presentation, the servings are plenty large, and the product is delicious!

The product is made on site, in a very clean back of building ice cream shop full of chest freezers, prep tables and lots of fruit and ingredients!

I was able to take a short tour and was throughly impressed.

I visited as part of a middle school field trip and the young adults were all smiling as they ate their treats!

Favorite Flavors.
A couple that stood out to me in particular were the strawberry shortcake and carrot cake—they were especially flavorful and memorable compared to the rest.

Nutrition & Indulgence Factor.
One thing to keep in mind is that the cookies are definitely rich and fairly high in calories, sugar, and fat, which is pretty typical for oversized gourmet-style cookies.

Because of that, I personally see them as more of a special-occasion treat or occasional indulgence rather than an everyday dessert.

Final Thoughts.
Overall, it’s been a great experience all three times, and I would definitely go back again to try more flavors. If enjoyed in moderation, they’re absolutely worth trying.“
