“Every time we go to this location, the staff does not disappoint. Today, we drove from another Sonic location in Greenbrier, TN, where they literally made fun of our food (stiff cold hod dogs and no napkins) and our drinks (no straw for Limeade, no spoon for Sonic blast) after 30mi+ wait. So, the crave was still there for Limeade. We drove here and ordered one, and, as always, we were very pleased with the staff presence and service. The screens were functional, and the ones that were not, were properly labeled. The drink came out in no time, the gut was very friendly. We’ve never been disappointed at this location. We’ll never use the one in Greenbrier again. It’s not the first time they show they don’t care.“

I wanted to take a moment to recognize an employee at your Hendersonville store who went above and beyond to help me recently.
One evening earlier last month, I stopped by to pick up a cake for my fiancée as a surprise, we were getting married in just a week, so I was already under a lot of stress. When I came back out to my car, I realized my battery had died. I felt completely stuck and overwhelmed, but one of your employees, a young woman named Kensley (I believe that’s her name,she wore glasses), didn’t hesitate to help.
She went out of her way to help me jump-start my car and was so positive and kind throughout the whole situation. Her calm attitude and genuine kindness turned what could have been a very stressful moment into a reminder that there are truly good people out there.
I just wanted to make sure her effort doesn’t go unnoticed. Employees like her really make a difference and leave a lasting impression on customers. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to her for her compassion and willingness to help.“

“We had my daughter’s birthday party here two years in a row. This is a fabulous place to host a party. It is easy and affordable. The staff really took care of us on both occasions. Would highly recommend this for parties or a regular visit.“

The place is spotlessly clean, the ice cream has a beautiful presentation, the servings are plenty large, and the product is delicious!

The product is made on site, in a very clean back of building ice cream shop full of chest freezers, prep tables and lots of fruit and ingredients!

I was able to take a short tour and was throughly impressed.

I visited as part of a middle school field trip and the young adults were all smiling as they ate their treats!

We took a group of foster kids and the owner came and introduced himself, spent time talking to the kids and introduced other shops in the area to them. Go see Pepe. He has a heart for kids that don’t get the same opportunities as most. Not only was this day amazing for the kids Pepe is already thinking of other ways to help these kids. “Visiting the hotel for a conference, we stopped in at Stompin' Grounds for a place to sit and have coffee. I ended up having a smoothie, and it was hands down the best I have ever had. If you notice the smoothie made with broccoli, avocado, coconut, and ginger among other things, trust me, it's outstanding. The other two in my party had coffee and were happy with it. Even though we did not order food, we had attentive, friendly service and were not rushed. Lovely place.“
