“I stopped here for breakfast this morning. The customer service was 2nd to NONE! They had great manners and appeared to actually take pride in their jobs... No one does that anymore. My food was brought to me so fast that I honestly wasn’t ready for it… yet she still apologized for the wait lol. I got EXACTLY what I ordered and it came hot and fresh. I thought the days of fast food customer service was gone… thank you for proving me wrong. I know the only sonic I will be going to from here on out!“

“Floored does not even begin to cover it. The ice cream was amazing. The coffee was everything I needed. And just when I thought it was amazing, I tasted one of the waffle cones. Oh my goodness! That was by far the BEST waffle cone I have ever tasted 😍 We will definitely be back and also be encouraging anyone we know to stop in.“

“This is the only location I’ve ever been to bc I live right next door, and I think they got new management or something bc it was cool before but now the service it always top tier from the friendly hellos to willingness to help you decide (when really you want all the cookies). They are definitely expensive for a burger restaurant.
The fries were not good at all.
They were dry and had absolutely no salt or anything.
I got the Shake Shack cheeseburger, which was okay.
My son got the Smoked Shack and he liked it.
I tasted it and it was better than mine.
He rated the food a 9 out of 10.
I'd probably give it a 6 out of 10.
I might give them a second chance.“

“But according to the app this location said it has chocolate ice cream. I ordered a large chocolate cone with chocolate dip. I saw the guy through the window dipping a vanilla cone. When he handed it to me, I said I ordered chocolate ice cream. A woman came to the window and said they don't have chocolate ice cream. I told her the app said they did. There are some DQs that have chocolate ice cream so they all need to have it.“

“They have great customer service. I went to get a refill on my drink and the person over the intercom said I had to pay for the refill. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came out, he said that it was a health code thing that they can’t bring drinks back inside but offered to get me a new cup. If I lived in the area, I would be back“

“Went here yesterday, asked if they had burritos for kids. The girl on the intercom said no. Came back today and decided to order it as a jr. Burrito and it turns out they did. I felt lied to and very unimportant. Outdoor cieling needs cleaning badly.

But the food here is great, and the servers are very kind. Overall, the place is awesome.“
