First time there - great team happy to answer questions and help get the right option- HINT open the box double check your cookies- I got to my car and looked - they forgot to frost/decorate 2 cookies. I went back in and they were great -fixed them asap.
Best cookies I've ever tasted in my life!! I'm very disappointed that they closed the Bellevue location but they are worth the drive to West Nashville for sure. My one complaint with that location is that even when I've ordered "curbside" I have ALWAYS had to walk in and get my order myself. I don't mine but don't put that as an option if it's really not one.

Whenever we go, it is always extremely clean, and considering how much goes into making the cookies, the cleanliness is impressive. Not only that, but the workers are always very nice and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. I haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes to get my cookies and they are always great! Overall good experience.
