“ALLEN MY KING !!!!! He made everything right after the Brentwood location screwed us over. I still don’t know why they kicked us out of the store like that but Allen made up for it. He showed exceptional customer service and consideration to us, he is genuinely just a nice guy and is so kind to customers. I appreciate that so much. I will willingly drive an extra 10 minutes to this location just for that kind of service. Coldstone needs to GIVE ALLEN A RAISE my man is holding down multiple store locations, where is his promotion !?!?“

“The bread is very very good.Each piece has a different flavor.I normally go every 2 weeks since I live 1 hour away; I only go because it's the only bakery I like in all of TN.Everything is clean and very orderly.The prices are very affordable.The only thing I didn't like was that one of their employees spends her time on the phone and the customers just watch her and wait for us to get paid. :/ :/“

The ordering process was easy and so was the pick-up. We are SO glad that we chose Baked on 8th for our wedding because our cake looked beautiful and was delicious!
