My favorite smoothie is the mango monsoon (i get it without pineapple). I always ask for a clean/fresh blender, and they are happy to help! Thanks for the smoothie:)“

I've been wanting to try E + Rose for a while, but I usually avoid places that use a lot of tree nuts on their menu because I have a tree nut allergy and some restaurants aren't always great about taking allergens seriously. I got the avocado toast and asked for no cashews. The girl taking my order was so nice and accommodating!! She asked if I had an allergy and let the kitchen know to avoid cross contamination. “Today I had the best experience ever, ordered my smoothie at Rosa Parks location at 2:14pm pulled up at 2:21 not expecting it to be ready for another 8-10 minutes, guess what it was ready thanks to the Awesome Amelia. I usually get the Daily warrior that’s my go to, but some of the others do not make it right, I've grown frustrated with ordering this at other locations that I just gave up but Rosa Parks Locations gave me hope. It was also a Manager there that came out the back she was so sweet as Amelia very helpful. You all have made my day thank you ladies. I’ve drank it for so long I can look at it and tell if it’s right. Amelia made my drink just right I took one sip and it was amazing as she was I will be going to this one from now on. “I made the dangerous mistake of visiting The Blend during a busy period and ordering something that was, apparently, being made fresh instead of teleported directly into my hands.

The staff committed the outrageous act of informing me that my order would take about 15 minutes. At first, I was shocked. Fifteen whole minutes? That's nearly enough time to read a few emails, scroll social media, question my life choices, and return to the counter.

While waiting, I noticed something alarming: people kept coming in and ordering. Clearly, the business has made the catastrophic error of becoming popular.

When my order finally arrived, it was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I ordered. The employees were friendly, the place was clean, and nobody once suggested they possessed a time machine.

If you're looking for food and drinks made fresh by actual humans instead of a Star Trek replicator, this place is fantastic. If waiting 15 minutes for a made-to-order item causes you emotional distress, I would recommend bringing a paperback novel and perhaps a support group.

10/10. Will bravely endure the unbearable burden of waiting for quality again.“

Now for the BEST part. The STAFF Its rare for someone to know your name. I was stunned when Ilona called me by name and said she remembered because I have a cool name and i use my rewards often. From then on I got to know Miyan, Hannah, and Sam through casual conversation each time i visited. Warm smiles and always friendly. I started to drop by just on paydays but I find myself in here 2-3 times a week now i added it to my budget. Highly recommend you come in and meet these amazing people and have some great food.“

“If you want quick and delicious sushi, this place is the spot. The sweet deep fried roll is my new favorite roll. I got there 30 min prior to close and they welcomed me and my huge appetite with no hassle or sense of frustration. I also ordered 3 more rolls to go , a total of 6 rolls and 2 apps and 2 drinks for less than $75.00. That's pretty insane considering 3 of the rolls I got were signature options. Cheapest place I've found in Nashville. I highly recommend this place as it will be my new sushi spot. I hope that you give them a chance, we need places like this to stay open.
