“Great coffee shop experience. I didn’t try any of the food offerings, just coffee, and needed a place to stay for a while. After thoroughly searching Google Maps for a good spot, this has to be one of the better options. Nashville, in general, isn’t particularly known for its coffee shops.

There’s plenty of seating with plug-in options. The craft coffee was flavorful and smooth. I had their light roast. I really enjoyed the space itself, with wall-to-wall windows that make it bright and inviting, and a variety of comfortable seating.

It’s co-located with the restaurant and bar, The Goat, so it’s a nice place to transition from breakfast and coffee to brunch and a mimosa, which I saw someone do.“

The staff committed the outrageous act of informing me that my order would take about 15 minutes. At first, I was shocked. Fifteen whole minutes? That's nearly enough time to read a few emails, scroll social media, question my life choices, and return to the counter.

“Today I had the best experience ever, ordered my smoothie at Rosa Parks location at 2:14pm pulled up at 2:21 not expecting it to be ready for another 8-10 minutes, guess what it was ready thanks to the Awesome Amelia. I usually get the Daily warrior that’s my go to, but some of the others do not make it right, I've grown frustrated with ordering this at other locations that I just gave up but Rosa Parks Locations gave me hope. “I attended a free Pilates class last week and I have to say it was a great time. The energy in the building was electric. KJ and Gabby were so kind! After the class we were offered smoothies, which was just the pick me up needed. I got the inner beauty and it was delicious. “I had a craving for a good bagel but wasn’t very familiar with the bagel shops around Nashville, so after a quick search, I decided to give Star Bagel Cafe a try—and I’m certainly glad I did!
Upon entering, I immediately appreciated the variety. From cold-pressed juices and fresh-brewed coffee to pastries and, of course, an impressive selection of bagels, there was plenty to choose from. Several caught my eye, but I ultimately settled on the Maple French Toast Bagel.
I asked Milam, the associate assisting me, what he would recommend pairing with it. He politely explained that many customers simply choose regular cream cheese, but that he personally prefers butter. Then he mentioned their honey cinnamon butter—and I was SOLD!
The Maple French Toast Bagel with honey cinnamon butter, paired with a fresh-brewed coffee, was exactly what I needed to complete my morning meal. Delicious!
Great selection, great experience, and excellent customer service from Milam. I will certainly be returning and happily recommend Star Bagel Cafe to anyone looking for a good bagel and more.
