LOVE IT HERE!! food: I got the BC bowl and it was sooo good. Acai bowls are my favorite food and they have great ratio of topping to smoothie. (to compare- grain and berry has too much granola and more toppings than smoothie). Always great smoothies. This is the third location I've visited, and I loved the spaciousness of the cafe. The abundant natural light, clean furniture, and decor makes for a nice spot to get work done. Definitely need to try the açaí bowls next time I come! Not much to say except that E+Rose is my favorite health food stop in Nashville and love that they opened this location up. I will always keep coming back.
